1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Winners Queue (“WQ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including players, clan managers, organizers, and visitors.

2. Description of the Service

Winners Queue provides tools and infrastructure for amateur esports teams and organizers, including:

• Tournament hubs and listings
• Registration and eligibility tools
• Roster management
• Recruitment tools
• Scrim scheduling
• Team and player profiles
• Community integrations (e.g., Discord links)

Winners Queue does not operate tournaments directly unless explicitly stated.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not impersonate others
• Not create multiple accounts for abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent access restrictions
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Misrepresent eligibility or tournament information

We may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations.

5. Tournament Disclaimer

Winners Queue provides tools and hubs for organizers and teams. We are not responsible for:

• Tournament rulings or disputes
• Prize distribution
• Organizer decisions
• Match results
• Discord moderation
• Eligibility enforcement outside of platform tools

Organizers are solely responsible for how they run their events.

6. User Content

Users may submit content including team names, logos, descriptions, updates, and registration information. You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant Winners Queue a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use that content for operating the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload any content.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, branding, and infrastructure are owned by Winners Queue. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Error-free functionality
• Permanent storage of data

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winners Queue shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Tournament losses
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Certain provisions (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
